Phone becomes live CAM on internet.
This app is running camera server on your phone and people can see it on browser.

#1. Camera broadcasting server starts/stops as soon as recording button is hit.
#2. Camera server will stop when the app is closed
#3. This app is encoding video with mp4(Video/Audio) format. So the viewer browser needs to have mp4 decoding plugin(e.g. QuickTime plugin).
- Tested on Chrome browser with "Totem browser plugin" on Ubuntu 10.10
- Tested on Chrome browser with "QuickTime plugin" on Windows machine.
#4. It needs to be connected to Wifi. (If it's connected to private network (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx), only internal user can access it.)
#5. It has 10 seconds of delay from live feed.

Note for QuickTime plugin user on windows machine:
- To run mp4, quicktime needs to be configured correctly. Go to start -> control panel -> QuickTime and enable MPEG (check v mark).
- Need to close entire browser and open again after installing plugin
